Delivery
We will deliver to all mainland Locations in England, Scotland and Wales, with prices determined by location. To request deliveries to the Channel Islands or Northern Ireland please contact the sales team on 01789595200 or email sales@gearmate.co.uk.
Returns
We hope you’ll be delighted with your purchase, all of our Gearmate accessories are made to order for each specific vehicle, so unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
There are certain situations to where a return of your Gearmate accessory may be viable, to enquire in regards to applying for a return please email the sales team sales@gearmate.co.uk. Returns costs are paid by you, the customer, and it is your responsibility to ensure that goods returned arrive with us safely, very well packaged and in a saleable state. In the event of loss or damage in transit, it is your responsibility to claim compensation from the relevant courier company (if you have arranged your own carrier).
Please allow 28 days for refunds/exchanges to be processed. No refund will be given until the goods have been returned and thoroughly inspected by Gearmate. Any items found to have been modified, tampered with, incomplete or showing any signs of damage or use will not be accepted back into stock under any circumstances.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@gearmate.co.uk.
Sale items
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within your warranty period. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@gearmate.co.uk and send your item to: Unit 5, Arden Forest Industrial Estate, Tything Road East, Alcester, Warwickshire, B49 6EU.
collection
Products may also be collected from our office in Warwickshire. Opening times are 09:00 to 16:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 to 12:00 on Friday. To arrange a collection outside of these times please contact the office.

fitting
At this time, a fitting service is available by collection orders only. You will be assigned a time slot for this service 48 hours before collection, if there are any issues please contact the office. If fitting is required for delivered items, please enquire with our team.
damaged products
If the Products are damaged in transit we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us within the first 24 hours of delivery of the goods in question. Where you have accepted delivery of the goods and have formally notified the driver that the goods are damaged, this time limit is extended to three days.
PLEASE NOTE:
Please ensure that you measure and check your hardtop / roll top to ensure that the Gearmate system you have ordered will be compatible / fit with your existing hardtop or roll top. Should you end up requiring any modifications to your system please be prepared that you may incur additional charged for modifications and or refitting your system.
